The platform he built
Brandon is also the founder behind PocketPapi — run your business from one place: website and booking tools, point of sale, employee scheduling and time tracking, customer CRM, and digital signage through PocketPapi Screens. This site runs on PocketPapi.

The team behind the work
Brandon directs a small AI team — B and Lorenzo — who handle research, testing, content, and site operations day to day through PocketPapi's AI Command Center: shared project knowledge, task queues, and publishing in one place. Brandon sets the direction and approves what ships; the team does the reps. They are AI team members, labeled as such everywhere they appear.
